It was only last month, that our family stood on one of the bridges that runs over the Nile River in Cairo, Egypt. Today, as I watched the headlines, I saw massive protests over one of the bridges (it very well could be the same one we stood on). When we got back from our trip, I mentioned how corrupt it is there, and I am happy for the citizens who are motivated to try to move towards change. They deserve change! I don't know what the future holds for their country (and I don't know what the future for their country holds for our country), but I do know that everyone should have the freedom of a true Democracy.
