While Israel was incredible, Egypt was...not so much! For some reason we forgot about the experience of last years cruise, and once again went to the pyramids. We got off the ship in Port Said (top of the suez canal), and took the 3 hour drive to Cairo. There is corruption EVERYWHERE, and you can see it EVERYWHERE! You would think the Pyramids would be free of it, but even the armed police want to be paid off, and by the end of the day, we were glad to be back on the ship . *the one photo shows Bailey surrounded by these girls that came up to my kids and wanted their picture (I was a little skeptical...). The Citadel is shown in one of the photos, and our family by the Nile River is in another..
