Hollywood comes to Bamberg!!!

Yes...it was only a matter of time until Bamberg hit Hollywood (I keep telling you what a great town this is :-)) The city is bracing up for the filming of "the drei muskateire" - otherwise known as "The Three Muskateers" - a 3D movie starring Orlando Bloom. They are shooting in a few locations in this region, specifically because the architecture is similar to old Paris, which is where the movie is supposed to take place. Bamberg is one of the areas that they will be filming for a while. Production begins this week, right up the road from us - it will definitely be movie we will buy once it comes out on video :-)
