We have been busy with parties and festivities these last few weeks. Beginning the Sunday after Thanksgiving, our decorations came out. I always love the comments from the kids as we pull out all of their "Childhood memories." St. Niklaus visited on December 6th, when the kids all put their boots out in hopes that they would be remembered (and of course they were :-) - he almost forgot though, and was reminded of the big day, by listening to the radio - thank goodness!!!! Camden's soccer team had their big Christmas Party; with the best German dinner (truly) that we have had to date, gifts of new team jackets for the boys, and a power point presentation video of photos put to music. Looking back upon the year (it reminded us of how grateful we are that Camden is part of such a fantastic team, with truly hardworking and nice families that we have come to know - Our experience here in Germany would not have been the same, without all of the opportunities that have come for all of us,as a result of having Camden be part of this team. We had our few remaining American friends over for a Christmas Get together yesterday, complete with 10 kids running around :-). It was a nice lgathering. Mia goes to an elderly home today with her school to sing and hand out gifts that they have created. It has been a very nice (but busy) few weeks. I just wish we could put the breaks on, and not have the time fly by so quickly. And, if we could just have a little snow......
