Last night Mia had her traditional St. Martin's Lantern walk with her Kindergarten. The children march and sing, while carrying homemade lanterns (lit with real fire :-) down the old streets of the city - it is soo adorable. The festivities are in honor of St. Martin, who took off his jacket and slashed it in half to give to a man in need. The story is a great lesson for the kids (and adults), and the "coziness" of the night will provide so many nice memories for all of us.
