In the Spring, throughout the German countryside, there are fields of goergeous yellow fields EVERYWHERE! We just found out that these gorgeous fields have a purpose too - they are Canola fields which help produce the oil for biodiesel fuel. They are so forward thinking and are among the front runners to encourage this alternative to regular fuel - Only in Germany!

very beautiful & interesting - never knew canola oil came from a plant - don't know where i thought it came from ???? where does Pam come from ??? LOL !!!
