We had snow yesterday!!!! It was so exciting! We had heard it was going to snow, but we were a little skeptical as we had heard this before - but sure enough right when the kids got home from school the snow started coming down. We must have looked a little silly with all of our enthusiasm as this is a pretty common occurence for the locals, but having lived in the South for all of their lives the kids were more than thrilled! Camden wanted to have a snowball fight, Bailey wanted to make a snowman, and Mia wanted to go sledding! It was so cute watching them, but a little comical too after having witnessed (many years ago) huge snowstorms in Maine with loads of snow and yesterdays' snow only amounting to about 1 inch and most of it melted pretty quickly- you would have thought it was the storm of the century! After a fun afternoon of playing outside we came in for popcorn and hot cocoa and decided to turn on Christmas music and start our Christmas decorating..... :-)

Wow!!!!!!! It has been cold enough here but no rain. The children look so happy and the video of Mia is awesome. Continue to have bunches of fun. Love you all, gp
I'm jealous of the snow but it just doesn't seem right to "start Christmas" without our annual trip to the Christmas tree farm!!!
