Not just any Birthday...

The house we live in is over 100 years old. The school Mia goes to is over 100 years old. In Bamberg Standards, to be 100 years old is nothing. You don't even get picked for the historical register unless it is around 400 years old. Well, the Dom (Cathedral) in Bamberg is celebrating a big Birthday this year. Not just any birthday, but its 1000 year birthday. Yes that was written with 3 zeros - One Thousand Years. It is amazing to me that this Cathedral that I run by all the time is just a measly 1000 years old. Hard to even comprehend! Happy Birthday Dom!!!!
